Since my life has different aspects, I will divide my expectations into those 5 areas: family, romantic relationship, work, friends and personal development. In each area I have imediate expectations and long term ones.

I expect to enter into a very ambitious firm, where the people are driven by their work and aims for the best possible results. I expect to have a very high learning curve and to get constructive feedback on my work. I further expect to sometimes be on deep water and learning how to swim. Another one of my exceptations is to travel with the job and getting new aqcuaintances.

Bain & Company | MBA | Real Case Simulation

Hi,

really depend on the circumstances the question is asked:

- MBB Interview: I think you should explain your ambition to be part of this specific firm by reading the main values of this company, for instance in Bain you could aspire to become a Mentor for future generations in order to give back the advices and help you received by other Bainees (one of the Bain value is the strong cooperation among employees)

- MBA Interview: It is very important to demostrate that you have a clear idea on what you wanna do next the MBA. For instance specify what industry, company and role in order to tangible contribute to the MBA community and of course its ranking.

I expect that I will work in a fast-paced environment to solve clients' problems together with my colleagues. Everyone has a specific task which should always be aligned with what my colleagues on the project are doing. I also expect that I will travel a lot. In addition, I expect the work to be challenging because of the volume of tasks that have to be fulfilled within one project and strict timelines. I would also expect to improve over time and to adjust my style of work, which is really scientific and overly exact but not as fast right now, to accomodate the fast pace.

I excpect a job with a broad look into different businesses in a fast working and hopefully intrnational environment. My excpectation is that the work days will be long and they will require a lot of self-management and hard working spritit - exactly what I am.
