Hi I am cuurently applying for an Expert Consultant role therefore I would like to know if there is a Framework or any material that I can go through in order to get prepared for Techonology Implementation as a Business case, it has been very hard for me to find material about this.

As for each case, there is no copy-paste framework available for a Technology Implementation case. It's better to draft a customized framework based on the specific elements stated in the introduction. I suggest to include: internal changes (workplanning, resources, employees, product ...), the financial impact and external impact (partners/customers/value proposition towards the market).

I doubt there is any "business case" on technology implementation, as those are two different things. One is a technical subject, the other one is a business problem solving process. What you may have is a situational interview, i.e., a scenario is presented and you are asked about the technical solutions you would pursue. There is no framework for that, as it depends on each specific question, although it will require technical knowledge.
You should look specifically for interview question examples for that role in that company and similar companies.
