Hey all! Anyone knows how long it typically takes Roland Berger @ Middle East to respond to an application? thanks!
Roland Berger
Hi there,
It can be as fast as a few days and up to multiple months! While it depends on the role and recruiting channel, you should expect to hear back (if invited) within a few weeks.
Make sure you're case prepping AND applying to other roles/firms while you wait!

Hi!
Anywhere between a couple of days and two months.
There is no standard time, which I imagine is frustrating.
If you haven't heard back from them and you've already followed up, I'd suggest you focus on sending out other applications at the moment.
Diversification is a core component of how successful candidates set up their application strategy. You can read more here about the sort of principles you should keep in mind:
Good luck!

Hey there,
There's no such thing as typical these days. Anything from a few days to a few months would seem reasonable and is something that all coaches have observed.
Hopefully, you're on the lower end! Keeping my fingers crossed!

Hi there,
As my colleagues mentioned, there is no fixed timeline so make sure that you do the following while waiting for an answer:
- Prepare for the interviews
- Apply to other firms to diversify risks

Hi there,
I would be happy to share my thoughts on your question:
- First of all, the response time for applications can vary based on numerous factors like the volume of applications and the specific office's hiring needs. On average, however, it should be a few weeks.
- Moreover, I would advise you to follow up with the recruiter after a couple of weeks have passed. A polite email reiterating your interest in the position and inquiring about the status of your application is entirely appropriate.
- Lastly, while waiting, continue preparing for your upcoming interviews, both with Roland Berger and other opportunities. This way, you're not losing momentum and are ready for whatever outcome.
If you would like a more detailed discussion on how to best prepare for your upcoming interviews, please don't hesitate to contact me directly.
Best,
Hagen
Hi,
that should be within a few weeks at the very least. It depends on whether you applied online “anonymously” or with a referral. The latter is usually expedited.
They are currently interviewing and hiring in ME though - I do know that.
Best of luck
Hello! Typically, Roland Berger Middle East takes around 2-4 weeks to respond to an application. However, please keep in mind that response times can vary depending on the volume of applications and the specific hiring needs at the time. It's always a good idea to be patient and allow the firm sufficient time to review your application thoroughly. If you haven't heard back within the expected timeframe, you can consider reaching out to the HR team for an update. Good luck with your application to Roland Berger Middle East!
