Any good resources for case math and framework building? Struggling in these 2 areas and would really appreciate any resources/tips!
Resources for Case Math + Framework building
Hi there,
Sharing two here that you might find helpful:
Cheatsheet: The Must-Know Consulting Terms for Interviews
Expert Guide: Mastering Structuring & Brainstorming
Also happy to share a free guide for approach maths calculations in phases (reach out over DMs, no strings attached).
And if you want to dive deeper into structuring, I've recently launched a first principles workshop that helps you master this. More info on it here:
Masterclass: First Principle Structuring

Cristian
Hi there,
I would be happy to share my thoughts on your questions:
- First of all, what do you struggle with when it comes to quantitative questions? The underlying business concepts, the calculation logic or the calculations? Depending on this, I'd be more than happy to guide you to resources.
- Moreover, regarding case structuring, I would advise you to consider working with an experienced coach like myself on this. I developed the “Case Structuring Program” to help exactly such candidates like you who struggle with properly structuring any case study.
If you would like a more detailed discussion on how to best prepare for your upcoming interviews, please don't hesitate to contact me directly.
Best,
Hagen
Framework building is the “secret sauce” of good coaches here. It's the kind of thing that you learn from practicing, and getting customized coaching and someone to explain you what good performance really means.
Case Coach and Crafting Cases are decent resources, although each one with its major flaw (Case Coach good at first layer, but very limited detail… Crafting Cases good with detailed questions, but not very good at the first layer).
Hi there,
I have developed some bestselling courses for structuring (frameworks, brainstorming), chart interpretation, and case math.
Reach out if you want to learn more.
Cheers,
Florian
