PwC Salary Bands - Middle East

Hi,

Would anyone have any ideas about the general salary bands that one should expect at PwC in the middle east (KSA) for the Sr. Consultant (tier 3) role in consulting?

Additionally what is the total comp. one should expect/negotiate for (signing bonus etc) ?

Thanks

Hi there,

I think this is an interesting question that may be relevant for many people. I would be happy to share my thoughts on it:

  • Salary levels for specific roles and locations can vary widely based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and market conditions. However, according to Glassdoor, the average salary for a Senior Consultant at PwC in Saudi Arabia is around SAR 300,000 per year.
  • As for the total compensation, it can vary depending on the specific role, location, and individual negotiations. Signing bonuses are not typically disclosed publicly and can vary widely. It's best to speak directly with PwC or a representative of the company to find out more specific information about compensation and benefits for a particular role and location.
  • It's worth noting that in the consulting industry, particularly with large consulting firms like PwC, there is often little room for negotiation when it comes to salary and compensation. The company typically has a set pay scale for each role and location, and may not be willing to deviate from it. As such, it's best to focus on other factors such as the work experience, the projects, and the location when evaluating a job offer from PwC.

If you would like a more detailed discussion on how to address your specific situation, please don't hesitate to contact me directly.

Best,

Hagen

Hi there,

Regarding negotiations, it's best to get a coach. You're going to get amazing ROI from this.

Happy to walk you through several examples of what I've done with my candidates.

Hi there,

The consultants I supported got between $160k and $200k salary with $40k-$50k signing bonus.

It really depends on where you're recruiting from though (MBA hire is going to get more than experience hire, generally).

Regardless of what the offer is, you should negotiate.

Want help in exactly how to do this optimally? Invest in a coach!

$200-$400 in 1 coaching session to give you insights into how to get $20k+ from them? Not a bad ROI!

Hello! I have personally no idea, but have you checked Glassdoor? It's always where I start.

Cheers,
