Question about

Problem with the "Future Market Potential"

By definition total market potential is the expected demand for a product. But the second question “Assessment of the future market potential” makes the candidate calculate the potential future “CAPACITY”, not the future market potential. It should be changed with potential future capacity.

Hi Utku,

Can you kindly clarify this further? I'm not sure I follow.

To me, the future capacity IS the future market potential/demand. They are synonymous….any additional capacity we have to add is going to have to be purchased, therefore representing the total market.

Unless I've missed something?
