Hi everyone,
I'm currently in the process of applying for a Analyst position at McKinsey, and I've noticed that the recruitment timeline has been quite long. Here's a breakdown of my experience so far:
- 1-2 months between CV submission and receiving the Solve Game invitation.
- 2-3 months between the Solve Game invitation and the phone screen interview.
- 1 month between the phone screen interview and the initial round interview.
- Currently waiting for the result announcement from the initial round for 1 month to see if I will progress to the final round.
Is it typical for the recruitment process at McKinsey to take this long? Additionally, does the length of time between these steps have any correlation with the outcome? I ask because a friend of mine received a rejection within two weeks of submitting their CV.
Thanks in advance for any insights!
