Take a look at the coach profiles here on Preplounge as they all offer tailored packaged to candidates! Preplounge itself also has an attractive package that includes content and coaching.

If you're picking between outside sites, I personally like CraftingCases (they have the best approach to structured problem-solving). RocketBlocks is also a cheap option for charts/exhibits (but don't use them for structuring)

In terms of case prep resources - PrepLounge has a lot of materials starting with BootCamp and the largest set of coaches.

Other than this, I believe in today's age - YouTube is the next best resource where you can find lots of case prep videos from others such as Management Consulted, Crafting Cases etc.

I believe such programs have merit IF they are used in conjunction with a coach. I believe 90 minutes with a coach, with a proven track record and success rate for the specific firm you are applying to will provide more value than any program since the coach can 

• evaluate your actual performance and provide targeted feedback
• show you the right way to answer cases
• tailor your preparation
• provide access to their network of other coachees for practice
• provide you with exercises to practice on your own

If you are interested in a program, I have been hearing from my candidates that rocketblocks has a good offer (not affiliated, nor have I ever tried it).
