Kearney - how to make your application stand out

Hi everyone! I am applying to Kearney, and would like to get insights in how to make my application more successful, starting with the application phase. A little background: I am an MBA with 2 years of work post graduation. Previously my resume was selected in all MBB's for interviews, but now, also applying for Kearney I wonder if there's anything particular that should be highlighted.

Thank you!

Hey! Good luck with the Kearney application—sounds like you're well-prepared given your background. In my experience, showing genuine appreciation for working with humble yet talented individuals in your cover letter is strongly appreciate it. I know a few people there across London, Germany, and the Middle East (some are  ex-colleagues), and they often mention how much Kearney values people who are collaborative and open to learning.

I’d suggest focusing on how you’ll bring value while being eager to learn from their team. That mix, plus your MBB shortlist, should make a strong case. Hope this helps!
