Is MBB London rolling basis for graduate schemes?

I emailed the firms and haven't received a response.

I've seen for experienced hires that apparently it is rolling basis but what about for graduate scheme people (people who are in their final year/people who have graduated within 1-2 years applying for their full time roles?

BCG London states: "Applications will open on 11 September 2024 and close on 24 October 2024.

We will be in touch regarding your application after 24 October 2024."

Bain says their deadline is 17th October and that tests need to be done by 22nd October and interviews will commence in November.

Is it rolling basis? I have not applied yet.

Hey! As far as I know, for graduate schemes at MBB in London, applications generally have set deadlines rather than rolling admissions. BCG and Bain both provide specific deadlines, as you mentioned, with BCG's deadline on 24th October 2024 and Bain's on 17th October 2024. These deadlines suggest that the process is not rolling for graduate schemes, meaning that all applications are considered after the deadline. Logically, it's best to apply before the deadlines, as interviews and evaluations are conducted afterward.
