Is ADL a tier 2 firm? In London, Dubai or Singapore

Hi,

Sharing a perspective having worked in Singapore/SEA for 8+ years.

I would place them as a Tier 3/boutique in Singapore.

• They are not present in any of the pitches I have been on, across multiple industries/functions
• I have not bumped into them or heard any of my clients previously engage them (vs other T2 firms like Accenture, Deloitte, Kearney)

Nope. It is a Tier 3. To be honest, it is usually not regarded as a strategy firm, but a consulting firm more comparable to (non-strategy) consulting arm of a Big4.

I'd put it at low-end Tier 2

ADL is usually considered as a tier-2 player.

However, this is from a very general perspective. General tendency in consulting is to look at more specialized firms - when looking at operational technology consulting it's probably a good or even better choice than a tier-1 player!

Tier 2 in London

In Dubai you can consider ADL as a tier 2 company, but generally speaking, it's rather a boutiques company.

In Singapore I wouldn't count it as tier 2...Almost never heard of its existance in the consulting circle....
