In general, you should try not to "expect" any one thing and rather be prepared for all scenarios!

That said, you should be prepared for the following in regards to fit:

1. Resume Walkthrough/Tell me about yourself
2. Why Consulting
3. Why Operations Strategy
4. Why Strategy&
5. Any deep-dive explanation regarding an experience on your resume
6. "Tell me about a time" question regarding leadership, teamwork, initial failure, challenge, problem-solving, persuasion, conflict, etc. etc.

In regards to the case, you need to be prepared for:

1. "Standard" cases (profitability, market entry, etc.) 
2. Non-standard cases (increase production/output, resolve internal company issue, launch a non-profit, etc.)
3. Operations-based cases

Hi, I confirm ops, P&L and market sizing are the most common type of cases. The personal interview will be the classical one, testing your cv, your motivation (to join S&, ops practice, and consulting in general), and your main skills (leadership, personal impact, entrepreneurship, ...)

• Fit at the 1st round and perhaps a market sizing or unstructured case
• Full case at 2nd round - usually candidate led
• Topics can vary quite a bit but do expect industry specific cases based on your experience (as an experienced hire)
