EY-Parthenon Single Choice Recruitingtest

Hello,

I got invited to a recruitingtest by EYP (Vienna Office) and am a bit confused by the recruitingtest.

The recruiter I have been in contact with has told me that it will be 2 cases with 7 questions each. So far so good, but she also told me they will be multiple choice, single best answer questions w 4-5 options each. I cannot find any examples for a test like this by EYP. Has anyone had any experience with this?

Hi Swar,

I'd practice the following:

  • BCG Casey Sample Tests
  • Old McKinsey PSTs
  • Old BCG Online Cases

You can find the first via Google, usually for a certain fee.

You can find the latter two for free via Google (via McKinsey's and BCGs recruiting websites - the PDFs are still online).

All the best,

Florian

Hi Swar,

First of all, congratulations on the invitation from EY-Parthenon!

I would be happy to share my thoughts on your question:

  • First of all, it seems that this pre-interview assessment is very similar to real case study questions, except that it is not done with a person. Therefore, I would highly advise you to continue case study practice.
  • Moreover, you may also have a look at BCG Casey sets, McKinsey PST sets, and BCG Online Case sets.

You can find more on this topic here: How to succeed in the final interview round.

If you would like a more detailed discussion on how to best prepare for your upcoming EY-Parthenon interviews, please don't hesitate to contact me directly.

Best,

Hagen
