I've worked some time for LEK consulting and I found the corporate culture had a pleasant atmosphere - friendly and productive. In Germany LEk is mainly known by health and life science company and internationally I found that they have a good reputation for their strategy consulting. Salaries are more or less the same as at other firms in the same league and I know that for full time job beginners there is a reward based on your performance.
