So, it would be great to better understand your entire background here (how long at EY, what's your title, what responsibilities have you had, and what other experiences incl job + education have you had).

That being said, your exit opportunities should be pretty obvious here right? You can move into other consulting firms, go in-house consulting, work for PE firms, etc.
