I took the assessment two Fridays ago and I am yet to hear back, I learnt some people in the past get feedback in days after the assessment.
2. Not having a recommendation, does it mean it will be hard to get interviews?

1. Yes, that happens, but it also happens to have to wait for 3-4 weeks.
2. Just a bit harder... but most people get interviews without a recommendation.
Hi there,
Q: I took the assessment two Fridays ago and I am yet to hear back. Not having a recommendation, does it mean it will be hard to get interviews?
In general, having a referral increases the chances of getting an interview, but you can still land one without it.
Good luck!
Francesco
Not having referrals affects the time it takes to review your application. However, at your stage—having already completed the assessment—it’s no longer relevant.
Reach out to HR to check on the status of your application.
Best.

Hi there,
1. Currently wait times are a bit longer across the board so I would not worry!
2. If your resume is strong a referral would not do much. It can help in certain situations.
Fingers crossed,
Florian
Hey there,
It is not uncommon for MBB to take longer than candidates would otherwise like to get feedback. From application, it can take anything from 2 weeks to months in some circumstances. It's difficult also to assess your outcomes based on other peoples feedback - so i recommend you reach out to recruiting so as to align your expectations with their communication schedule.
All the best!
