Bain Amsterdam and London salary

Hello,

I am looking for information on Bain& Company Amsterdam and London offices for Associate Consultant, Senior Associate Consultant and Consultant position.

Is there any leeway to negotiate salary as an experienced hire (2.5 years of experience in a Tier-2 strategy consulting firm in Europe)

Hi there,

For accurate numbers, check Glassdoor or levels.fyi.

Is there any leeway to negotiate salary as an experienced hire?

Usually no. The only thing that sometimes is possible is to negotiate the hiring bonus or relocation package (one-time payments essentially).

Cheers,

Florian

No, the salaries are clearly defined for each level. You will not be able to negotiate salary.
