I would be happy to share my thoughts on your question:

First of all, the entire application process at ADL is fairly standard and similar to most other consulting firms. Typically, the recruiter should have already shared the logistics of the application process with you, but if not, I would highly advise you to clarify this with them.

Hey there,

ADL's interview structure is similar to most consulting firms interview structure. You could expect a couple of rounds (3 or 4) consisting of an initial screening, personal fit and case interview. The cases usually are Candidate Led too
