Hello Sethu,

I would not explore that opportunity in this case. It could be important to do that analysis if the acquisition of the other company is determined by difficulties in our existing businesses.

But here, since you are talking of an holding that invests money, it's enough to consider potential synergies of the acquisition with our existing businesses.
