I would be happy to share my thoughts on your question:

So far none of my coaches who have been invited by McKinsey in the UK have heard back. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for everyone who has done the McKinsey Solve.

Cheers! Some of them received invites last Friday for R1 - London office. Was wondering if McKinsey sends a single wave of invites or if it’s distributed?

I would advise you not to read anything into this, as the recruiting department typically processes applications in batches.
