As I applied to the Whiteshield partners in Middle East and I am at the moment preparing for the case interviews I found little to none of real life policy cases or cases previously used by Whiteshield. All information I have comes from their website. Does anybody have any insights on where to practice more policy specific cases or what might their interview process look like?
Anybody familiar with the Whiteshield hiring process?
Hi there,
I actually haven't heard of them but did some quick digging.
Now, #1 thing is to double-check with the recruiter what to expect (e.g. case, written case, etc.).
Assuming there is a case, you can be fairly certain it will be across a subset of these topics:

Hey there,
Helped someone get an offer last year with their Middle East offices as well.
The process was pretty standard compared to other firms with a partner round in the end. In terms of cases, focus on policy topics around trending narratives in the Middle East (e.g., city building, infrastructure development, administration). There are very few quality cases like that available; rather focus on learning how to problem-solve (this is what gets you the offer with any firm) and read up on the relevant topics mentioned above for your geography.
In the fit, make it abundantly clear why Whiteshields and why this type of work in the region (no cookie-cutter answer but a personal story that makes sense).
All the best,
Florian
Hi there,
I recommend that you reach out and network with current Whiteshield employees.
Aim for new joiners (<1.5y of tenure) at a role similar to yours. Discuss with them how their recruitment process went, how they prepared, and what they think made them successful.
From them, you'll get the answer to all your questions and specifically tailored to the office you're targeting.
Here's how to identify these contacts over LinkedIn and then get on a call with them:
Good luck!

Hi there,
Your recruiting contact should be the one best prepared to inform you about the recruiting process and how you can crack it.
Best,
Alberto

You have to research the company and type of project work, the country environment and key topics. Regarding the specific hiring process, I suggest you reach out to the company itself - and you may do some research on Glassdoor or Fishbowl as well.
