there are definitely a few things I can recommend. Ask lots of questions, we know full well that the environment is complex and only by asking lots of questions is it possible to understand and learn. Talk to many colleagues, regardless of level and service line. There are so many interesting people and opinions within the company that are worth listening to and sharing. If possible, try to always think (at least) one step ahead, even if there are sometimes headwinds. It's better to have something addressed than to have it forgotten.
