As a young start-up, our day-to-day work differs from that of many other companies. We take a flexible smart-working approach with a mixture of home office, on-site customer workshops and SET Work Meetings.
As part of the SET Work Meetings, we meet at regular intervals in various design offices and soon also in our first office in Frankfurt to work together from there. Regular team contact is very important to us. During our regular team events, we not only work, but also celebrate our joint successes.
