I’m Thierry, a former Expert-Engagement Manager at McKinsey based in Paris, France (I left in Jan. 2025). Over my 5 years at McKinsey, I’ve been one of the top 3 interviewers of my office and my practice for several seasons. I’ve literally conducted hundreds of interviews of junior to senior profiles (incl. experienced hires). I’ve also coached dozens of candidates successful in the recruitment process.

I bring to you an exceptional insider perspective that will enable you to better understand:

What else about me?

Well, I’m an entrepreneur with high interest in strategy, tech, finance and advanced analytics. I’m currently working on my 2nd startup, expected to be launched in Q4 2025.

I’m a natural and very experienced pedagogue with a structured approach centred on you. My role is to help you identify, shape and polish the diamond that is more or less hidden inside.

By education I’m an Electrical Engineer graduated from a Top French Engineering School (Telecom Paris Tech) and I hold several master degrees in Finance, Probabilities and Statistics from a Top French University in the fields (Pierre and Marie Curie University).

I love music, I’m an amateur double bass player, my favourite film so far is “Interstellar” and I have 3 kids who taught me love for cats 😊
