Before I started casing, as an introvert and someone with ADHD, I struggled to “begin the process” and figure out how to actually learn. It took trial and error, countless hours, and one disastrous interview failure to develop a flexible and efficient approach to case interview preparation. Since then, it has become my passion to coach others in embracing their differences and finding a method that works for them!
As an official McKinsey coach for two years and co-head of the Oxford Consulting Business Unit, I have extensive experience coaching candidates from diverse backgrounds—some with consulting experience and others from fields like medicine with no financial background. Through this, I have refined my approach to provide tailored, effective coaching.
Many of the candidates I have coached have secured offers at McKinsey, Bain, BCG, and Oliver Wyman in locations such as Johannesburg, Lagos, New York, and London, among others. I am friendly, approachable and I enjoy meeting new people.
Having transitioned from in-house strategy (client-side) to consulting, I am also happy to share insights from my own career journey.
