Fresh out of undergraduate, I started working at McKinsey & Company, where I was promoted early, becoming an Engagement Manager and leading consulting project teams for a diverse range of clients, from Fortune 10 companies to early-stage startups. I excelled at McKinsey, receiving top ratings for every year of employment. I excel at creative problem-solving and caring people leadership. 

During my time at McKinsey, I interviewed hundreds of candidates as a recruiting contributor for North American offices and mentored dozens of business analysts as a learning & development instructor.
