Hello! My name is Iman and I’m here to support you to land your dream job at MBB and other consulting firms.
I started my career at BCG in Kuala Lumpur. I did my Masters in Development Studies at LSE before re-starting my career in London and spent some time in ESG research and investor engagement. I came back to consulting at Systemiq, a systems change company set up by ex-McKinsey Partners, providing consulting and other services specialising in net zero/Paris-aligned and nature-positive transitions.
I have been a Manager for 6 years and have extensive experience interviewing candidates and coaching Associates on their development journey both within and outside projects I lead.
As a specialist in sustainability (8+ years experience), I offer a unique perspective and deep expertise in a growth area for MBBs and other consulting firms. The sustainability transition will accelerate over the next 5-10 years - almost every client will need to tackle challenges and seize opportunities. Today’s candidates need to demonstrate how they can add value and give the impression that they can hit the ground running as an Associate on the interviewer’s case team.
