Wide experience as interviewer and coach at top-tier universities
Currently, as a Senior Consulting at Roland Berger, I have been interviewing for almost 2 years, which has enabled me to understand the main mistakes that candidates mostly likely have. Also, I have been invited by several top-tier universities (i.e., IESE, IE, ICADE - Comillas) to undertake mock cases and perform one-day training for the students
Methodology - Mock interviews with immediate feedback
My coaching approach would be to perform mock interviews and provide tips from all interviews that I have performed. I am used to interviewing 2-4 real candidates per week, enabling me to fully understand the dynamics of an interview.
At the end of the interview, I will provide immediate feedback, with personalized tips regarding the strengths and weaknesses of the candidate
