I am a professional development expert, and worked with BCG for 8 years as Associate, Consultant, Project Leader, Team Performance Coach (PTO) and Expert Project Leader in leadership development and culture transformation. Since leaving BCG, I have founded my own professional development company delivering training in core consulting skills and coaching services.
In my years at BCG, I was an active recruiting interviewer for 5 years which I loved! I helped hire many great colleagues into the firm who are now thriving and making their way through their consulting careers.
I am a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, which means I have delivered 500+ paid coaching sessions for clients. Coaching is actually part of what I currently do for a living! It is not a side-hustle, this is what I do so I take it, and my clients, very seriously.
I love helping people reach their goals and that is why I am here - I understand that getting into a top consulting firm is a big deal and through my experience as BCG recruiting interviewer I have seen the difference between great and not-so-great candidates.
