Here are the key pillars of our roadmap:
- Prep work: This is essential to get to know you. We'll do some prep prior to our call so that I get to know what you've done so far, what you're looking for and understand what you need to succeed. Based on this prep work, the approach will be fully structured from scratch.
- Proven approach based on experience of a 2 times BCGer:
- Starting this journey with zero consulting experience and coming from the industry 7 years ago, I know which challenges I had, what could I have done better and where to focus majority of the effort
- After my 2 years in BCG, I went to another consulting company to focus on Fintech, but was approached by BCG again to re-join. I know what consulting companies are looking for and happy to share my knowledge.
