As an experienced McKinsey associate partner and senior interviewer I can simulate both how it is to do early stage interviews (which follow a very structured format) as well as later stage interviews which often are less structured and can throw applicants off . This is where many well-prepared candidates lose their balance - especially if their preparation has been mechanical and standardized. Our sessions will be dynamic and simulate what it will actually feel like to be interviewed by a senior interviewer. Be prepared for anything!
