I am an ex-Bain senior consultant in the Middle East office (Dubai). I was part of Bain's recruitment team and have coached a multitude of candidates with 80% success rate. I joined Bain as a fresh graduate so having been on both sides, I can relate to the candidate and also provide constructive feedback and pinpoint the main areas of improvement from an interviewer's perspective.
What can I offer?
1. PRE-SESSION DIAGNOSIS:
Prior to our scheduled call, I will send you a questionnaire to fill to understand where you stand in the preparation process, how much time you have, which firm you are applying to etc, to be able to customize my approach for you
2. EXTRA PREP MATERIAL:
As part of my coaching, I will be sharing with you casebooks that I have personally used to prepare for the interviews, audio cases with interviewer's feedback and differentiation of levels of interviewees for the same case
3. NO SESSION TIME LIMIT:
I will be with you for as long as the call takes. I will answer all your questions you have and provide you with detailed feedback across dimensions assessed and the next steps to help you improve and ace the case interview!
4. COMPLIMENTARY FIT INTERVIEW:
As part of the session, I will ask you few FIT questions as well to make sure you are well prepared, not just for the case interview but you also make a GREAT impression during the FIT assessment
5. MINDSET SHIFT:
Consulting is quite competitive. You were shortlisted from thousands of candidates and will be interviewing and compared with highly skilled and prepared candidates too.
