Hello - nice to meet you! I am Rachit and have 15+ years of global experience in management consulting and corporate strategy while working at McKinsey, KPMG, Aon, and Capital One across the US, Europe, and Middle East.
Throughout my career, I applied to McKinsey 4 times - yes 4 TIMES, and I know how it feels when you finally ‘cross that line’. I know what it took for someone like me to break into arguably one of McKinsey's toughest offices, and I can also help you succeed by sharing my learnings from my journey.
I joined McKinsey & Co. as an experienced hire in the New York Office in 2020 and was actively involved in running growth strategy and operational efficiency cases - predominantly in the financial services sector. I was Interview Trained and also served as a mentor for other experienced hires.
Prior to that, I was at Capital One where I was part of the Business Analysis job family at their HQ. At Capital One, I was a certified R1 interviewer and specialize in evaluating candidates' analytical thinking and quantitative skills.
I have done 500+ cases and mentored 100+ colleagues throughout my 15-year career (including at McKinsey where I led the MBA recruiting program for my school and the mentorship program for experienced hires). I thoroughly enjoy casing and helping candidates fulfill their potential.
