My approach:
My goal is to get you through to the next round or receive that offer! In order to do that I will adjust our session based on your needs. In the first 5 minutes we will discuss your goals and development area's, based on this we can focus our time on one of two options:
- Full extended case. We will go through an extended real-life case, which will give us the time to test all aspects (communication, structuring, creative thinking, mental math, ... ) of the case interview. I have a variety of cases which we can use for this.
- Fit interview. A common mistake is that candidates focus their preparation solely on the case interview. However, I have seen just as many interviewees fail the fit part of the interview. Therefore, it pays off to prepare, practice and perfect your fit interview. This is as much about which story you want to tell as it is about the way of delivering it.
After the interview I will give you step-by-step feedback to improve your interview. In the end we will summarize your key development area's and strengths and come to a specific set of actions to reach your goal.
