After several years working as a diplomat in the German Federal Foreign Office focusing on issues ranging from human rights to counter-terrorism, I decided to pursue an MBA at the London Business School.
At LBS, I completed a part-time internship at Accenture Strategy London and a summer internship at McKinsey Berlin. When I applied for consulting jobs, I was in the fortunate position to choose from many offers, including McKinsey and BCG.
At LBS and at the Tuck School of Business, I worked as a case coach, received formal interview training and have given 50+ cases.
After Business School, I joined McKinsey in 2019 full-time and worked as Associate, Senior Associate and Junior Engagement Manager. While I joined McK as generalist, I particularly focused on work in the Firm's Public Sector and Marketing & Sales Practice.
