Thank you for your question! It generally depends on the position you are applying for. You find the specific requirements in each job posting: Alle Jobs | Roland Berger. For all our positions we are looking for people with analytical and conceptual skills, an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong personality. Furthermore, you should bring along very good school and university grades, previous experience in strategic positions as well as experience abroad.
