Our career levels and average time on those are as followed:
- Junior Consultant: Entry level for Bachelor graduates | 2 years followed by an academic break
- Consultant: Entry level for Master, PhD or MBA graduates | 2 years
- Senior Consultant: 2 years
- Junior Project Manager: 1 year
- Project Manager: 3 years
- Principal
- Managing Director
Your progress along those levels depends on your personal development and feedbacks, which we conduct on a regular basis.
