Hi All,

Does anyone have any experience with the second round of interviews at Siemens Advanta for the position Consultant?

I have been invited to the second round that is the interview day, where there will be 3 case interviews with 3 different consultants. I was wondering about the level of preparation necessary, because after I mentioned that I would like to properly prepare, I was given only 2 weeks. Does this correspond to the difficulty of the interview? Or is it rather undoable in 2 weeks? What should I expect?

Any information about the process is extremely appreciated! Thank you!

My advice is to reach out to the HR for clarity on what is to be expected in the interviews. This is pretty standard practice, so do not worry.

My best advice would be to email HR and/or the recruitment manager as soon as possible and ask for details on what the second round interview will consist of.

All the companies I applied for have given me this information: no shame in asking for it!

2 weeks is do-able (I've had candidates succeed), but not fun and, frankly, lower odds than if you have a month+
