Kann mir bitte wer erklären, wie das NWC Delta zustande kommt?

Mir erschließt sich die 20% vom Umsatz Berechnung nicht

Hallo,

natürlich, sehr gerne:

Das NWC für den Aufbau des Anfangsbestände ist 320 Mio. EUR.
Weiterhin wird dargestellt, dass das NWC immer 20% des Umsatzes ist.
Wenn in 2025 also ein Umsatz von 2.000 Mio. EUR besteht, sind 20% hiervon 400 Mio. EUR.
Da sich die Veränderung des NWC berechnet, indem man den alten Wert nimmt und davon den neuen abzieht, also 320 Mio. EUR - 400 Mio. EUR, kommst du auf -80 Mio. EUR Veränderung des NWC.

Guten Tag, vielen Dank für die Erläuterung! Hierzu stellt sich mir noch die Frage, warum die anfänglichen Ausgaben für das NWC i.H.v. 320 Mio. € den anfänglichen CAPEX i.H.v. 100 Mio. € nicht noch zugeschlagen werden und damit die Amortisationsdauer verlängern. Die Änderung des Umlaufvermögens stellt nach dieser Rechnung ja einen negativen Beitrag zum Cashflow dar, wieso also nicht auch die Anfangsinvestition in das Umlaufvermögen? In jedem Fall schon an dieser Stelle besten Dank für die vorangegangene Antwort und sämtliche Folgende. Beste Grüße

Hi Ian, as the second part of the question was not answered, here is the summary in English: Why don't we include the initial spend for NWC (320m) in the calculation? If we later include the change in NWC, the initial spend in NWC should also contribute negatively to cash flow? I would really appreciate an answer! Cheers and thank you in advance, Franziska
