Mckinsey Consultant (6 years), 200+ interviews on prep lounge

Hello - You could pretty much aspire to join the integrative track. In India, they typically hire as a JA1 (junior associate 1). Given your background, you might naturally gravitate towards Health Care sector as a preference once you join.

Best,

Snigdha.

can you please elaborate a little on how i can increase my chances of getting a job at MBB. Or do you think I should first try for other companies ,work for a few years and then try for MBB? 1 more question I have is can I also apply through recruitment agencies? Can they help me in getting a job?

Bain | EY-Parthenon | Private Equity | Market Estimates | Fit Interview

What's the action here? How will an answer impact what you do? If I say you cannot get a job in MBB you won't apply?

That doesn't make any sense.

You can apply to MBBs and to (multiple) other strategy firms as well. And that's what you should do. You should do a bit of networking before applying, but apply anyway even if you don't get a referral.
