MBB Dubai internships application opening date

Question

Hi,

When do undergrad summer internship apps open for MBB Dubai this year? I heard some of my peers applying in August last year, but one of my friends said he applied to Bain in May and got a first round in June—I’m very confused.

Also, if I’m applying from the US from a target school, do I go through On-Campus Recruiting or do I apply through the website, since I’m applying to the Dubai office not the US ones?

I would be happy to share my thoughts on your questions:

First of all, and contrary to what other coaches have said, consulting firms in Dubai do not seem to have a fixed hiring times, but are hiring on a rolling basis.
Moreover, unless the Dubai office consulting staff is coming to your campus, there is of course no campus recruiting for outside the US. So you would have to apply through the career site.

1) The application opening period for MMB internship in Dubai vary each year and opens between June and October. It's best to check the LinkedIn and website of each firm or to reach out to HR directly.

2) I recommend applying via the on-campus recruiting and indicate you prefer to work in Dubai. Normally, that should not be an issue.

Hi there,

I'd keep my eyes on the local MBB websites as dates tend to "just come up" in due time. I would check every two weeks from mid-May onward and every week from June onward. :-)
You should go directly through their website (however, try to get a good referral for each firm before applying)

General best practice advice on application windows and eligibility is to ask recruiting and get confirmation directly from them. This way, you won't miss any key dates from people sharing their subjective experience when you could have been directly much more accurately
