Bei mir persönlich wäre es wohl das Staffing. Leider ist das immer sehr kurzfristig, was sich allerdings in einer schnelllebigen Branche wie der Beratung kaum vermeiden lässt. Durch sich kurzfristig verändernde Projektlaufzeiten ist es einfach schwer möglich, langfristig zu planen.
