Unsere Aufstiegsmöglichkeit sind wohl recht vergleichbar zu anderen Beratungen.

In der Regelzeit ist man zwei Jahre Consultant, dann zwei Jahre Senior Consultant, für ein Jahr Junior Project Manager und dann drei Jahre Project Manager bis zum Principal.
