This can be professional growth, monetary growth, work life balance, etc. I provide a candid view on all these expects based on my experience with all tiers of consulting firms (BCG, Bain, Mck, Accenture Strategy, Pwc, Deloitte, etc.). I just dont want to make one ready to enter consulting, but my goal is to make sure that one is able to grow in consulting sustainably and learn the best practices to do so!
